SIAPT is a company of import - export of Chadian right created in December, 1983 under the shape of private company. Under the dynamism of H.E Ahmed Senoussi Wadack, who was the ancient Minister of the food production of the Chad, Governor of Chari Baguirmi (Ndjamena) and member of the office chamber of the business and the Industry of the Chad.
